Genet — Coach G — was born and raised in Wichita, Kansas, where she played volleyball, basketball and ran track. She began her coaching career in 2013 with the Oklahoma State Strength & Conditioning staff, and graduated from OSU in 2015 with a degree in Kinesiology & Human Performance.
After moving to Orange County, California, she founded G-FIT Performance Training in 2017 and now trains athletes one-on-one and in small groups from her private Anaheim facility. In 2023 she launched G-FIT Mental Performance to help athletes build healthy habits, manage pressure, and boost confidence — improving the athlete from the inside out.
