Train the Whole Athlete
Physical performance and mental performance are built together — speed, power and confidence in the same plan.
Genet — Coach G — has spent her career building athletes and people. Strength & conditioning roots at Oklahoma State, coaching since 2013, and founder of G-FIT Performance Training in Anaheim since 2017.
Genet — known to her athletes as Coach G — was born and raised in Wichita, Kansas, where she grew up playing volleyball and basketball and running track. That multi-sport background shapes how she trains today: athletes are developed as complete movers, not specialists forced into one mold too early.
She began her coaching career in 2013 on the Oklahoma State University Strength & Conditioning staff, working hands-on with collegiate athletes, and graduated from OSU in 2015 with a degree in Kinesiology & Human Performance.
After moving to Orange County, California, she founded G-FIT Performance Training in 2017 and now trains athletes one-on-one and in small groups out of her private Anaheim facility. In 2023 she launched G-FIT Mental Performance to help athletes build healthy habits, manage pressure and grow their confidence — improving the athlete from the inside out.
Physical performance and mental performance are built together — speed, power and confidence in the same plan.
Programming is built around your sport, position, level and goals — never a generic, one-size template.
Efficient movement and injury resilience are the foundation of every program so athletes keep getting better.
Healthy habits, identity and resilience that carry far beyond the field, the court or the season.
