How much can I add to my vertical?

Vertical jump is very trainable through the right strength and power work. Gains vary by athlete and consistency, but committed athletes regularly see meaningful improvement over a training block.

Do I need to be experienced in the weight room?

No. Coach G coaches every lift and scales the program to your experience — beginners build a safe foundation, experienced athletes push power and explosiveness.

Is vertical jump training only for basketball and volleyball?
