G-FIT's speed and agility training breaks down the mechanics of acceleration, top-end speed and change of direction, then rebuilds them so you're faster, more explosive and more efficient. This isn't random cone drills — it's deliberate work on how you accelerate, decelerate, cut and react, applied to the demands of your sport.

Will this actually make me faster?

Speed is trainable. By improving your mechanics, power and efficiency, athletes consistently get faster and more explosive. How much depends on your starting point and how consistently you train.

Is speed and agility part of regular programs?

Yes — speed and agility is built into most G-FIT programs, but it can also be a primary focus if that's your biggest need. Coach G will tailor the emphasis to your goals.

Can I train speed and agility online?

Yes. Many speed and agility drills are programmed and coached online through G-FIT's online training and the G-FIT app, with weekly check-ins to keep your mechanics on track.
